We ship to almost every country in the world .

 

2 How much does shipping cost?
We offer a dedicated free shipping section where all items qualify for complimentary delivery.

For other regular products, enjoy free shipping on orders over $100 USD.

For all other items, shipping fees will vary based on the origin warehouse and destination. Please review specific charges on the checkout page.

 

3 How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Usually within 24h, and it will be delayed to within 48-72h during the certain holiday. 

Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time 

(not including customs delays, weekends, holidays and any unforeseen circumstances) 

Processing Time: 1-2 business days
Standard Shipping Time: 7-20 business days
Express Shipping Time: 6-8 business days

Special Note: Custom products require additional production lead times, ranging from 7 to 360 business days depending on product complexity. Please refer to the SKU details for specifics.

4 How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with the corresponding information. After that you will be able to track your order at Orders - YU-DIY - Account. Please allow 1-2 business days for tracking information to be available.

 

5 What if the package doesn’t arrive?
If you don’t get your package 60 days after it was shipped, please contact us at support@yu-diy.com. We’ll either resent a new one to you or give you a full refund.
